ChronoStrat

Where does your time go?

ChronoStrat makes visible how you spread your working time across 12 main areas of activity. No calendar review, no stopwatch, no judgment: a concrete basis for deciding what you keep, what you delegate and what you rebalance.

What matters is not how much time you spend, but how it is distributed.

  • A declared allocation

You indicate the relative weight of each activity over a given period. It is neither time-tracking nor a measure of your workload.

  • Twelve main areas

From vision to the principles that frame action: the same 12-register architecture as the Dynastrat method.

  • No value judgment

There is no right allocation, only yours, to be set against your role and your priorities.

  • A guided reading

You read your map with a certified coach or consultant, to move from observation to decisions.

The twelve areas

Twelve areas to place your time

Example from the manager version. The areas adapt to the role: executive, SME executive, manager, salesperson, business introducer or board member.

  1. Vision and new projects
  2. Strategic direction and priorities
  3. Leading and energizing teams
  4. Self-development and self-knowledge
  5. Listening to and understanding team members
  6. Exchanges and relational cohesion
  7. Delivery and presence on the ground
  8. Organizing and planning activities
  9. Steering and managing performance
  10. Processes, methods and standards
  11. Analysis, synthesis and stepping back
  12. Reference framework and principles

Five zones to read your map

  1. Predominant time
  2. Significant time
  3. Moderate time
  4. Reduced time
  5. Marginal time

Each area falls into a zone relative to your own allocation. Your map is never compared with anyone else’s.

Time and energy

Is your time going where your energy is?

The Dynastrat method reads what gives you energy and what demands it of you. ChronoStrat shows where your time goes. Side by side, the two readings raise very concrete questions.

Time and energy align

Strengths to preserve, and to protect when the schedule gets tight.

Lots of time, little drive

An activity to simplify, organize differently or hand over.

Energy, but little time

A place to win back, or a deliberate choice to make explicit.

These are questions to explore with your coach or consultant, never automatic conclusions.

When to use it

Situations where time becomes an issue

Taking up a new role

Check that your time follows the new role, not the habits of the old one.

The feeling of always running

Lay out what really fills your weeks before deciding what to change.

A delegation to prepare

Identify what can be handed over, simplified or carried differently.

Coaching already under way

Give coaching a concrete basis, alongside the Dynastrat method.

The process

From map to decisions

  1. You answer

An online questionnaire, covering a clearly dated reference period. No calendar review.

  2. You read your map

With a certified coach or consultant, area by area, starting from your role and your context.

  3. You decide

What you keep, delegate, simplify or rebalance, with concrete actions to try.

What ChronoStrat does not tell you

Not your hours, not your workload, not your performance. ChronoStrat does not rank anyone and is not used to assess an employee: it is a tool for personal reflection, and its results are not shared without your consent.

Take stock of your time

Tell us about your situation: we will refer you to a certified coach or consultant.
