Blind spots
The areas no one covers.
Evaluating leadership bodies
Board, Comex, CODIR: a group that works is not simply the sum of brilliant careers, it is a balance. The leadership body evaluation shows where yours naturally puts its energy, what it relies on and what it leaves aside.
Governance codes recommend evaluating the board regularly, and many committees take stock every year. Beyond the compliance questionnaire, we make balances visible, so the body can discuss them in the same words. No scores, no rankings: governance questions remain anonymous, and no profile is shared without the person’s consent.
Mapping the board
Each member completes their profile with the Dynastrat method. The profiles are brought together on a single map, across 12 registers: at a glance, you see what the group carries and what it leaves aside.
The areas no one covers.
The strengths that balance each other within the group.
When everyone thinks alike.
A register that rests on one person.
Between what members think they bring and what others perceive.
Governance questions
In addition to the Dynastrat profile, each member answers a questionnaire dedicated to how the body works: preparing decisions, room for debate, monitoring execution, relationship with management.
Everyone agrees: it is an established strength.
“The board monitors the execution of the decisions it takes.”
Everyone agrees: it is a gap.
“Disagreements are voiced in the meeting rather than on the sidelines.”
Opinions differ: a subject to open up together.
“The board devotes time to long-term issues.”
No clear signal: a question to ask differently.
“The minutes faithfully reflect the discussions.”
A reading based on the Dynastrat method, drawing on analytical psychology and affective neuroscience, developed and refined in practice over more than fifteen years. Each governance question is linked to the model’s registers.
The evaluation judges neither members’ worth nor their results. It reads their preferences: where each person naturally puts their energy. A less-invested register is not a weakness, it is a reference point for composing the group better.
The engagement
Board of directors, executive committee or management committee: the evaluation is led by a certified consultant, acting as a trusted third party.
Online, at their own pace: each member completes their Dynastrat profile and answers the governance questions.
They cross-reference the two readings and share initial insights with the chair.
The group discovers its map and agrees on two or three concrete levers, reviewed a few months later.
You receive: your leadership body’s map, insights prepared for the chair, and debrief sessions with a certified consultant.
