Who sees what
Everyone sees what concerns them. Nothing more.

In a recruitment process
If a recruiter or a company invites you, you are told before you start which position it is for, for what purpose and who will see what. The profile informs the interview on matters directly related to the position. It is never the sole basis for a decision, and you can obtain a copy of it.
We do not collect any sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR. The questionnaire covers your preferences, not your health, opinions or beliefs. The Dynastrat method is not a medical or psychological diagnostic tool.
How long
A retention period proportionate to each use.
- Engagement
- Your questionnaire answers are kept for the duration of your journey, then archived for 5 years to meet our legal obligations.
- 13 months
- maximum for website browsing data.
- 3 years
- after the end of the relationship for customer contact data.
These periods may be adjusted by the contract governing your journey (coach, company or workshop); if so, you are informed of them before the questionnaire.
Your rights
You stay in control.
To exercise these rights, write to us. If you disagree with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
