For companies · Stratelio Workshops

One morning. To understand each other better. And move forward together.

You work together, but you don’t all function the same way. With RELIEF, the workshop reveals what gives each person energy, where you complement each other and where you clash, so you can work better together.

A one-page proposal within 24 business hours.

Four colleagues. Four reliefs.

Discover what their differences reveal
  • One morning
  • Usually 2 to 10 people
  • Individual preparation

In one minute

What your team will experience.

Fictional team and profiles.

What you’ll experience

Discoveries. Conversations. Concrete outcomes.

The workshop starts from your team’s real situations. The coach guides the conversation to bring differences to the surface and help everyone understand how each person functions.

  1. Before

Everyone arrives with their own perspective.

Before the workshop, each participant answers the questionnaire in 9 minutes and discovers their RELIEF. Meanwhile, a one-hour scoping session with the team lead clarifies the context, expectations and flow of the workshop.

  2. Together · the morning in the room

    Differences become a conversation.

The team first compares its perceptions, then discovers each person’s RELIEF. Starting from concrete situations, it identifies one or two topics to work on and decides which actions to try.

  3. After · six-week review

    You keep the momentum.

The decisions made during the workshop are written up: what to try, who is responsible, by when, and how to measure the effect.

The manager’s role

  1. Before · scopeDuring the scoping hour, they share the context and expectations to prepare the workshop. They contribute to the framework, never to the content.
  2. During · take partThey discover the team’s relief at the same time as the team, share their observations and contribute to decisions like every other participant.
  3. After · follow upThey follow up on the decisions made with the team and take part in the six-week review, without access to individual profiles.

Bringing your differences to light

One team. Distinct reliefs.

Side by side, reliefs reveal their differences. Choose a register to compare each person’s preferences.

One scale for everyone

  • Leaves it aside
  • Uses it sparingly
  • Uses it when needed
  • Relies on it readily
  • Relies on it heavily

These colors describe where people prefer to invest their energy, not a level of skill.

Then the conversation begins

What would you like to understand better about how your colleagues work?

The facilitator (a Dynastrat-accredited coach or consultant) guides the discussion. Everyone shares their experience, what they recognize in their RELIEF and what they would like to qualify.

See how the workshop works

When should you organize a workshop?

One team. Good reasons to get together.

When there’s friction, when the team changes, when a project kicks off… or simply to work better together.

  • When there’s friction between two teams

Between teams, functions or ways of working: understand what’s getting stuck and find a way forward together.

  • Starting a project together

Understand how each person functions before defining a way of working together.

  • When the team grows

Welcome new colleagues and keep a shared way of working, without forcing everyone into the same mold.

  • Changing a team habit

Rethink a meeting, a decision-making process or a handover, and try a new way of doing things.

What the team can take away

Conversations that turn into action.

A shared vocabulary to understand each other better, decisions made together and new ways of working to try day to day.

The situation

In meetings, new ideas come up just as we’re choosing a solution.

A question to open the conversation

How can we make room for ideas without holding back progress?

Organize a workshop

Our next experiment

The team agreement.

What we choose
Announce the two phases at the start of the meeting and mark the switch from one to the other together.
When we try it
At our next project meeting.
When we talk about it again
At the end of that meeting: what did it change for us?

These examples illustrate an approach. The agreements from your workshop are built with your team, based on what it’s going through.

Co-founders Workshop

Two co-founders? A workshop just for you.

You talk about the product every day. But rarely about how you work together. A workshop to understand each other better and move forward as a pair.

Preferences. All of your uniqueness.

A preference measures neither your skills nor your performance: it shows what takes more or less energy from you.

Each profile stays personal and is shared only with each person’s consent. Only the team’s decisions leave the workshop.

Organize a workshop

A few practical details

It all starts before the workshop.

What team size is it for?

The workshop is designed for 2 to 10 people. For larger groups, several workshops can be organized by team, or a format dedicated to the leadership team. The format adapts to your organization.

Who facilitates the workshop?

A coach or consultant accredited by Stratelio, trained in the method and in facilitating the workshop. We put you in touch with the one closest to you. Already have a Stratelio contact? They stay by your side.

Do participants need to have discovered their profile already?

You can request a quote directly. RELIEF, the first Dynastrat reading, is included in the workshop preparation. The Map and its 48 facets are separate coaching. Some participants already know the Dynastrat method? Let us know and we’ll adapt the preparation.

Already done a personality test as a team?

Here, there are no colors or types: each person discovers what gives them energy and what takes energy from them. The team then starts from concrete situations to define agreements to try, and reviews them six weeks later.

What needs preparing, and where does the workshop take place?

A one-hour scoping session with the team lead clarifies the context and expectations. The workshop takes place over one morning, in a space where the team can talk freely. The venue and any travel costs are specified in the proposal.

Who sees individual profiles?

Each person discovers their profile individually, and the manager does not have access to it. The team’s relief is first presented without first names. Named sharing is only possible with everyone’s consent.

What does the proposal include?

The standard format includes a scoping hour, individual RELIEF profiles, a workshop morning, the team’s relief, the summary of decisions and the six-week review. The proposal also specifies the price, the facilitator, the date, the venue and any travel costs.

What happens after I submit my request?

You receive a one-page proposal within 24 business hours, with no prior meeting needed. If necessary, we’ll contact you by email to clarify your request. The quote is free and with no obligation.
